Simple & Elegant Spring Flowers Card

By | 18 May 2015

Today is Monday so this means a new featured product for this week and this week’s product is the Spring Flowers Embossing Folder.  If you are new to my blog, each Monday I feature a product for the week and over the next few days show other cards or projects using that same product.

The Spring Flowers Embossing Folder which I have used on today’s cards, is a lovely embossing folder from the Occasions Catalogue.  This card also features a stamp set from the same catalogue, the Painted Petals Stamp Set which is a pretty and very versatile stamp set.

After making the card in Wisteria Wonder, I noticed that I got Melon Mambo ink on it!!  Oh dear. This was probably on my hands from the previous card.

Ink on the card!!!!

No worries.  I stamped the sentiment again on a strip of Whisper White cardstock the same width and long enough to tuck under the right hand side of the scalloped circle and adhered if over the top of the ink part.  Problem solved.
