Each month when my customers place an order, I like to make a thank you card for them. Recently I have enjoyed doing the masking technique so I decided to pull out some stamps that I haven’t used for a little while. I used the Sheltering Tree and Beautiful You stamp sets together as well the thank you sentiment from the Daisy Delight stamp set. This is the card I made for them.
I stamped the lady first, and then masked her – covered her up with a Post-It note that I had stamped and cut out the same shape. Then I stamped the trees, leaves and grass. I have used Berry Burst ink to colour her dress and hat. I used a blender pen to do this.

I have used some Crumb Cake note cards. Stampin’ Up! have now retired the Crumb Cake ones, but instead they introduced Very Vanilla and they also continue to have them in Whisper White. They are very useful as they come with an envelope too. I always like to have some of these note cards on hand.
