By | 12 June 2018
The July Auckland Extravaganza is a creative and fun event where you get to spend an afternoon with like-minded people.  You will get to stamp and create some wonderful projects. During the afternoon you will make five projects. This will include cards and 3D projects. You will be inspired, use wonderful Stampin’ Up! products from the Annual Catalogue and learn some new techniques.  There will be displays, table gifts, afternoon tea, door prizes, and more!

How does an Extravaganza event work?
You will sit at a table, in groups of five to eight people. There will be a teacher at your table to show you what you will be making and how to make it. You will spend about 45 minutes on each project. You will stay at the same table for the duration of the afternoon. You may need to get up from time to time, to use tools like the Big Shot or a heat embossing tool. The teachers rotate so you will get to make all five projects over the course of the afternoon.

Soooooo look forward to the Extravaganzas as they are a “stress free, think-free” and take you out of your comfort zone enough to challenge and create differently without stress… there is always someone there to lend a helping hand.  Helen Sievert

“What can I say… the Extravaganzas are amazing!!, you get to meet new people who quickly become friends on the day and you look forward to seeing them each time the event is held. It’s fantastic to see the amazing creations in the foyer which give you inspiration and get your creative juices flowing.  The Extravaganza is very well organised and the demonstrators have the patience of saints…lol as sometime you can’t quite get your head around what you see and what you should do… and that’s after doing card making for 7 years…  The projects are absolutely stunning and it’s great to use dies and stamps that you do not have to see how they actually work as I am a “let me try it to see how it works person” rather than look at a picture and say.. Yep, that’s it for me.   Angela is a fantastic demonstrator and her invitations to her home “Open days” are amazing also.  Bring on the next one and it’s a shame they are only three times a year.  Looking forward to the November 2017 Extravaganza. Yvonne Emery
