Girls’ Lego Card Made From A Boy’s Stamp Set

The Boys Will Be Boys Stamp Set is a great stamp set for making boy’s cards.  Yesterday I shared with you a boy’s card, but I have also used the same stamp set to make a girl’s card.  Here are the two Lego cards.

For the girl’s card I used Pink Pirouette and Wisteria Wonder. These are both Subtle colours. The Wisteria Wonder looks darker in the photo than it actually is. I was originally going to use Perfect Plum and I tried it on a scrap piece of paper first and it seemed okay, but then on the card it seemed too dark. Rather than restart my card, I stamped a couple of sets of blocks on a scrap piece of paper and fussy cut them. I adhered them to the card with Dimensionals covering over the Lego block that was too dark. It adds a bit of dimension to the card too, which is great.
