Today’s post features another card which uses the Festival of Trees stamp set. I really like this stamp set – there are so many great ways to use it. It can be a simple, but elegant, card or it can be something a little different, like today’s card. This was a card that the ladies who came to my weekend class made.
I have made another card with the same card design, but this time using the Wonderous Wreath stamp set. This has framelit dies which make cutting out the wreath and other pieces so easy. This stamp features the “two-step stamping” technique to create the different colours in the wreath – well actually there are three steps here, as there are three layers. First I stamped in Old Olive, then in Garden Green, and finally Cherry Cobbler.
